Here in Boston, the winters can sometimes feel never-ending, so when the summer weather hits us, we spend as much time outside as possible. Now that the warm weather is here, it seemed only fitting to have this month's “Trends & Insights” focus on homes with amazing outdoor space.

It can sometimes be difficult to find a home with some actual decent outdoor space in the city, which is why good outdoor space can have significant value. Too many homes don't have any outdoor space at all, or at the very most have a balcony that can barely fit two people.
