Overview
As a Junior Agent with The RP Group, you will have the opportunity to build upon your own business while partnering with our Principal Realtor to support and manage team real estate transactions.
The position is well-suited for a real estate professional with 1-2 years experience looking to work with a close-knit, values-driven team out of a prestigious and reputable brokerage, COMPASS. It is also a unique opportunity to gain valuable insight, experience and skills necessary to navigate and thrive in Boston’s competitive real estate market.
Responsibilities & Expectations
ma license required, 1-2 years experience preferred
Represent all types of buyers, renters, developers and investors ethically and with integrity
Collaborate in a team-focused environment; providing consistent and clear communication to colleagues, agents and clients alike
Adopt tools/platforms used by The RP Group and COMPASS, e.g. monday.com, CRM, Google Drive + Gmail, SkySlope, Massachusetts Agent Connect, etc.
Support transactions—including, but not limited to:
Schedule and occasionally manage showings
Pick-up/deliver transaction documents, checks and other paperwork e.g. 6D certificate, smoke certificate
Install signage (For Sale, Under Contract/Just Sold, Open House)
Schedule and oversee inspections, final walkthroughs
Support follow-up appointments, measurement taking, client requests
NOTE: Must have vehicle. Familiarity with Greater Boston geography and neighborhoods preferred. MA REALTOR® Certificate and MLS account required (covered by Junior Agent)
